Established in 1953 by Donald James Norman, Norman Motors carries the distinction of being the oldest family run motor trade business in Dorset, now its in third successive generation.
During this time business has built a proud reputation for excellent quality of workmanship on vehicles we service and repair (take on many fleets from the big main dealers) and sales of quality used cars since our doors first opened 56 years ago.
Originally the garage consisted of a single house used for selling cars from the ground floor with a single forecourt for petrol sales in wallisdown, Bournemouth. Eventually as the business grew additional developments included a dedicated workshop environment and a new sales forecourt built on the adjacent lot.
In 2003 we developed a second site along Bournemouth Road in Poole. Formerly a petrol station this prime and easy to access location is now a prestige site focussed purely on high end ranges of vehicles and dedicated exclusively as an open air showroom.
