Norman Motors 'Quick Fix' is just another part of our outstanding customer care.

We value your patronage and appreciate that minor issues will be frustrating for you, and that you would like them to be sorted as quickly as possible.

As a customer of Norman Motors, we invite you to use our FREE 'Quick Fix' service for smaller items such as light bulbs, wiper blades, wing mirror replacement glass etc.

Our 'Quick Fix' service is free of charge* and you will only pay for the part(s) required.

We do carry a large number of parts in stock - but we always advise that you contact our Service Team prior to calling in just to make sure we have the correct part available.

Alternatively bring your car in. We can check it for you and order any required parts (usually a 1 - 2 day delivery).

* Please note that certain makes and models will require more complex disassembly and reassembly of components to replace minor parts. When this is applicable, we may need to book time in the workshop and an hourly labour rate will be payable in addition to any part(s). We will advise you of this before conducting any work.
