We arrived without calling ahead and we're allowed to take the car out without the salesman for a test-drive. There was no pressure to buy and the salesman did not try and push insurance products. He was able to address all my concerns and agreed to deal with minor cosmetic defects on the vehicle prior to collection. When I collected the vehicle, the MOT had been done and all advisories dealt with, the cosmetic defects had been sorted/ we arranged a time to bring the car back to deal with outstanding a minor outstanding issue. The bouquet of flowers was a nice touch and I have no hesitation in recommending Norman Motors.

Very helpful and professional sales personnel. We had a really good test drive. Adding fuel before we took the car allowed us to drive the 25 miles home without refuelling. That was appreciated along with flowers. First class service.

To get presented with flowers when I collected the car was just a lovely extra touch finish off a all round lovely experience.
